The EC Reflow Oven comes loaded with intelligent, optimized, and integrated features that allow absolute control to you over the PCB soldering process. Its user interface, coupled with the custom-engineered software platform helps in easy temperature and time profile creation, which are used in the form of inputs by the self-learning system that provides quicker profile-creation. The oven comes with inbuilt systems and features that provide greater access to information across the PCB soldering procedure and help you in getting insights that can potentially help in optimizing the process.

Optimized Soldering Cycle: Achieved with the help of IR lamps for pre-heating and fast subsequent heat-up. The oven provides drawer-access, resulting in an increased ease of loading & unloading. Automatic drawer opening post reflows have been designed to minimise the risk of board stress by enabling faster cooling.
The oven comes with a drying function that carries pre-set profiles helping in quick deployment and reconfiguration of temperature & time profiles. The 32-bit arm processor lends additional control by storing 5 profiles that can expedite the individual process.
Designed for Safety: The oven comes in an insulated casing that helps in ensuring the energy loss is controlled to the lowest-possible denominator and the air circulation within the oven is safe.
Custom-Engineered Interface and Software for Ease of Use: The eC Reflow mate comes with the eC Reflow Pilot software that allows you to safely and accessibly store your time and temperature profiles on your systems. With comprehensive graphics, information processing and analysing for virtually unlimited profiles becomes easy.
The Reflow Oven comes with a 3.5-inch LCD touch-screen installed in the machine for selecting, starting, and stopping a profile’s process. The oven also has a large window on the front-panel that makes manual process evaluation easy.

Add-On Features: The oven’s design allows you to extract soldering fumes as soon as the drawer has been opened. All you need is a fume extraction device and the space to install it on premises.
You can also choose to add the eC Reflow Mate PCB-holder that provides absolute flexibility in terms of adjustments, and is ideal for small boards. You can also add a small temperature sensor on the PCB to get precise data.
