FY 2024–25: A Year of Growth, Innovation, and Transformation at PCB Power
A Message from our COO, Khushal Panchal
As we step into a new fiscal year, I am proud to share our annual reflection — highlighting the milestones we’ve achieved, challenges we’ve addressed, and the strategic direction we’re charting for the year ahead.
The financial year 2024–25 was one of learning, innovation, and progress at PCB Power. It marked significant strides in business growth and operational excellence.
Serving You Better, End-to-End
Over the past year, we deepened our engagement in the EMS vertical and expanded our reach across India, the US, and other global markets.
We saw growing trust from customers who now rely on us not just for PCBs — but for complete solutions: assembly, component sourcing, and product testing.
Our end-to-end capabilities — covering fabrication, assembly, component sourcing, and testing — continue to build confidence across industries and geographies.
Strengthening Infrastructure for EMS
One of our key investments this year was a dedicated 18,000 sq.ft EMS facility within our Gandhinagar campus.
This facility includes:
- An additional SMT line
- A BGA rework station
- State-of-the-art PCBA cleaning & conformal coating systems
- A dedicated component warehouse
- Special zones for testing and customer visits
These enhancements, along with our Instant Quote feature, PowerBOM tool (our BOM editor), and integrated ERP system, ensure a smooth and error-free customer experience.
Advancing Technology and Sustainability
In FY 2024–25, we reinforced our commitment to technology and sustainable practices:
- Established a new QA lab with high-tech measurement tools like a Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) and high-magnification microscope for highly accurate measurements — crucial for aerospace and defense applications.
- Expanded multilayer PCB capacity, supporting the growing demand for compact, high-density designs.
- Installed a solar power system, increasing our in-house power generation capacity and reducing environmental impact.
- Finalized systems for Flex PCB manufacturing, with support for complex Flex boards launching in FY 2025–26 (lead times starting at 3 working days).
To support these advancements, we are:
- Adding laser cutting and custom bonding processes
- Beginning R&D on rigid-flex and multilayer flex boards
Our Roadmap for FY 2025–26
Looking ahead, we are preparing for capacity expansion and deeper technology integration to meet your evolving needs.
Key initiatives include:
- Adding another SMT line to meet growing demand
- Expanding our wet process area with a Direct Metallization line — supporting higher layer counts and finer features
- Enhancing RF PCB manufacturing, building on our hybrid multilayer expertise (e.g., Rogers + FR4)
- Rolling out integrated engineering tools for faster, more accurate design reviews
- Launching a 24-hour assembly service for prototype quantities to accelerate your product development cycles
- Introducing a hybrid fulfilment model to support higher-volume production where trusted partners handle fabrication, while we retain in-house control over assembly, testing, and quality—ensuring scale without compromise.
- Upgrading PowerBOM with instant quoting, alternative part suggestions, and real-time availability
- Introducing an intuitive UI for faster exception handling and technical queries
- Implementing an AI-enabled chatbot for instant access to past queries and resolutions
A Commitment to Progress and Partnership
Despite global supply chain challenges and macroeconomic pressures, we stayed focused on delivering quality and timelines without compromise.
Our clear goal:
To provide faster services, smarter solutions, and better value — all while maintaining the quality and cost-effectiveness you expect.
With continued investments in technology, processes, and people, we are excited to make FY 2025–26 a year of smarter manufacturing, deeper collaboration, and sustained excellence.
We thank every customer, partner, and team member who contributed to our success.
We look forward to partnering with you in FY 2025–26 and beyond.
