What is the expected lead time?

How do I place an order online?

Please login into your portal on www.pcbpower.com. It’s as simple as processing order on an e-commerce website.

Steps:

  • Login into PCB Power. Enter your Username & password.
  • Go to “Required Service Option”.
  • Add all specifications as per your design; attach required input data.
  • Select the required lead-time option & add the product/service into the Cart.
  • Select the required delivery & invoice address. Process payment.
How do I order a panel?

Please follow this process after going to the PCB Fabrication or the PCB Assembly Price Calculator: Select the dispatch unit as “Panel”. Enter the required panel ups for X as well as Y coordinates after entering the dimensions of single PCB. Make sure you mention the required “Panel Quantity”.

Can you make a Gerber?

Yes, please share your schematic diagram & bill of material to generate a Gerber from your circuit. (You can choose the “PCB Layout” service for the same.)

How do I place a PCB Layout Order Online?

Steps:

  • Select the “Number of Layers” & “Number of Components”

How do I place a PCB & PCB Assembly Order Online?

Steps:

  • Go to Service
  • PCB Fabrication & PCB Assembly
  • Select the Assembly Service as “Yes” & select all required “Specification” along with “Quantity”.
  • Select the required “Lead Time”
  • Upload Gerber Data, Bill of Material, and Pick and Place Files

Can I place my PCB Assembly order after my PCB is made?

Yes, please reach to pcb@pcbpower.com with your order details & bill of material for such offerings. We will check the PCB Assembly feasibility & will let you know at the earliest possible.

Can I design my own panel with multiple PCBs?

Yes, you can add multiple designs in a single panel. You can place an online order with your specifications on the PCB Fabrication Calculator available on our website.

How do I place a Stencil Order Online?

Click on “Instant quote” 🡪 PCB Stencil 🡪Select the “Stencil Side” 🡪 Enter the “Dimensions(for Frameless)” & “Stencil Thickness” 🡪 Select the required “Lead Time”🡪Upload Gerber Data 🡪 Add it into “Cart” 🡪 Process the payment 🡪 Order confirmed!

Can I cancell my order after confirmation?

Yes, you can do so if the production has not started. In such situations, make sure you reach out to us immediately.

Why do I need to register to place an order?

Registering helps us track the specifications of your order and helps us expedite the process in case you want to place your order. It also gives you an automated system that gets updated as your order makes progress.

What is the order cancellation policy?

If the production is yet to be initiated, we will refund 100% of the paid amount. However, cancellation is subject to company policies and the ongoing status of the order.

Do you offer a guarantee/warranty on your products?

Product Warranties are largely dependent on the use-case, atmosphere, and even the complexity of the order. That said, if the product was damaged in the manufacturing process or it was not configured as per your earlier communicated order specifications confirmed by our team, we offer a replacement of the order at no extra charges. For more details, ask our Technical Sales Support Team about it when you are placing your order.

Do you offer refunds on your products and services?

Such requests are taken care of depending on the sincerity and obligations under each case. If your cancellation request is in line with our policy guidelines, we will refund the paid amount. What is a Purchase Order?

A purchase order is a commercial document and first official offer issued by a buyer to a seller indicating types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services. It is used to control the purchasing of products and services from external suppliers.

How do you calculate the delivery date of the order?

Please consider the business days from the date of order. Please note that the same working day is considered if the order is placed before 10:00 AM.

I have paid an excessive amount against my previous order, how can I use it in the future?

It is our honest and ethical policy that we offer a refund after we check your PCB's manufacturing data. We can process the refund of the difference in the amount in the next seven business days, and it will be sent back to you as per your original payment method. Or We can also keep this as a credit for your next orders. Please let us know what works for you.

How can I change the order files of my order if it is already in progress?

Please reach out to our Technical Sales Support team in working hours at PCB Power immediately in such cases.

Can you make the same PCB that I already have in one of my devices/machinery?

We generally offer customized solutions. However, if you have the same schematic diagrams, Bill of Materials, and Gerber Design, we can definitely manufacture the PCB you need.

Can you reverse engineer a PCB?

We are sorry to inform you that as we are not into product development and hence will not be able to execute an on-demand reverse engineering process.

How to ship components for Consigned assembly orders?
  • Proper packaging is essential. For instance, BGA components should be in a tray, SMD components should be in their original package,and through hole components should have protective covers to prevent any in-transit damage.
  • If the original packaging is not being used for dispatching the components, kindly ensure that the Manufacturing Part Number is provided on the ESD bag.
  • Please ensure that your company name, contact number, and order number are clearly mentioned on the packaging box.

How does the Tax get calculated?

The Tax for PCB Fabrication, PCB Assembly & Stencil Manufacturing service is 18%, and that for Components Sourcing Service is as per actual rates (Depending upon the HSN Code). We are glad to be a part of India's growth story and offer tax exemption to educational institutions and SEZ companies. If you fall under any of these categories, please provide proof of tax exemption provided by the government, before the order invoice is generated.

Do you offer a credit facility or an instalment scheme?

Offering credit at an industrial scale creates inefficiencies as it requires additional tracking and reconciliation systems. Hence, at this moment, we are not offering an instalment or credit payment scheme.

What is E-Invoicing?

Electronic invoicing or e-invoicing is the mechanism of electronically authenticating the B2B invoices using the GSTN which enables users to further use the common GST portal.

The electronic invoicing system works by issuing an identification number for every invoice that is generated by the user. The identification number is issued by the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP) and managed by the GST Network (GSTN).

Once the e-invoice is generated, all the invoice information is automatically transferred by IRP to both the GST portal and e-way bill portal in real-time.

As the data is directly passed to the GST portal, the user can discard the need for manually entering the data while filing the GSTR-1 returns and generation of part-A of the e-way bills. The data will be automatically available on the portal.

The IRP was first launched by the National Informatics Centre at einvoice1.gst.gov.in and more information on e-invoicing can be accessed from the link.

Is the PCB Power falling under E-Invoicing compliance?

Yes, as per the norms of GST Network (GSTN) PCB Power needs to adhere to all e-invoicing compliances.

Who needs E-Invoicing?

It is mandatory to have e-invoicing for your transactions for the customers dealing in B2B and B2G segments.

If a customer has mentioned GSTIN, can we change or modify the Invoice after that?

No, the tax invoice for B2B can not be amended once the invoice for the same is generated or raised.

What is the implementation of E-Invoicing for customers belonging to SEZ/EOU?

It is mandatory for SEZ/EOU customers to provide their GSTN so that we can generate the e-invoice to get the required GST exemption.

What information is required from the customer to raise an invoice?

It is crucial to understand that once the information is entered into the system and the invoice is generated, the information can not be modified so cross-check all your information thoroughly before the final submission. Following are the things required to fill in the form to generate an e-invoice.

  • Customer name
  • Invoice address
  • Shipping address
  • GST number
  • Quantity and rates
Can IRN/e-invoice be deleted or modified?

Once the e-invoice is generated in the system, it can not be modified or deleted. However, the e-invoice can be cancelled in case the form is filled with the wrong information. After the cancellation of the invoice, the same invoice (with the same number) can’t be reported again for IRN generation. Also, the cancellation of the e-invoice must be done within 24 hours from the time of the original IRN generation.

What to do if there is a mistake or incorrect data entry in the e-invoice?

The e-invoice once generated cannot be modified or corrected. Hence, you will need to cancel that e-invoice and upload a new invoice (with a new number) to generate a fresh IRN.

Can we cancell the e-invoice partially?

No, the e-invoice can not be partially cancelled and needs to be fully cancelled within 24 hours from the time of its original generation.

What will happen if we fail to cancell the e-invoice within 24 Hours?

If you wish to cancel the e-invoice but fail to do so within the structured time period, you will have to generate a credit note against which the customer will have to share the debit note copy.

How to make UPI payments?

PCB Power does not provide a direct mobile number for payments.However, we offer an online payment facility through our payment portal.This allows you to make UPI payments by scanning the QR code.

To make a UPI payment, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your account on www.pcbpower.com.
  • Go to "My Orders" and click on "Make Payment
  • Select the payment mode as "Paytm." A dialogue box containing the QR code will be generated for scanning and payment.
Can a single GST number be used with different profiles registered with PCB Power?

We strongly advise consolidating your profiles into a single account to prevent any potential duplication and to facilitate a more streamlined experience on PCB Power.

How can I change the address in my profile?

Log in to your PCB Power account and navigate to the 'Edit Profile' section to make changes in your profile.

How can I change the address for an ongoing order?
